85% or more occupancy in every property
PROPERTY SIZE
50 to 200 units per property
PROPERTY VINTAGE
Late 1960s to 2000s for the vintage
Our main objective is to obtain multi-family properties in A to C locations in B to C markets with 100 to 200 units. Our overarching objective is to divest these properties within a period of 5 to 10 years.
